This is one of your best ever
She's speaking at her Alma Mater and the analogy with the anti-Nixon days is unbelievable.
Resist class of 2017.
You are graduating when there is a full assault of truth and reason.
Go girl!!!

This is her first real response to Groper Don the Con.
Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah! I'm lovin' it.

(129,746 posts)"There is a full fledged assault on truth and reason." She's kicking SCROTUS' ass all over the room. Of course, she's talking to Wellesley grads, preaching to the choir; but I hope they are inspired to go out and kick some ass themselves.

(10,252 posts)Just the right tone. A few barbs at Trump. A little humorous
self deprecation. Lots of encouragement and inspiration to manifest the virtues of truth, compassion, generosity, and service dedicated to the benefit of others. At the end, it occurred to me that Trump could never ever ever give a speech as fine. What a shame that she iS not POTUS.

(2,198 posts)They are making the most stupid and hateful comments on their boards and on Yahoo. I laugh my ass off just reading them. She really struck a nerve. And I hope the graduates from her alma mater who thought it wise to vote for Trump have a sick feeling. Many of those suburban white women went for the scumbag and refuse to admit it...their racism gets the best of them.

(18,740 posts)..we heard inspiration and leadership. And Mike Steele said she was only speaking to the crowd cuz no one else cared? AGAIN.....F THEM! Trumps their president.. they created him and helped him win it so they can just STFU and enjoy their baby man. The rest of us know who the real winner is.

(12,443 posts)Funny, modest and passionate about being active and using our voices in the service of a free, diverse society. We lost a grand opportunity last November. Yet, one of the things I've always admired about Hillary Clinton is that she always gets up after a fall and pushes on, speaking to and placing words into action for the things she cares about. Her continuing participation can serve as a compass for all who are dedicated to reason, critical thinking and love.
It was a really good speech. How lucky for the Class of '17. And the rest of us who heard and marveled.
Brava!
