MSNBC has changed the characterization from "Back Channel" to "Covert Communications Line."

This is the news media doing its job. The apologist for Trump have been on television pushing the "Kissinger had a back channel" meme in an attempt to make Kushner's actions appear normal.

MSNBC is now presenting this for what it is, a COVERT COMMUNICATIONS LINE with the intended purpose of bypassing American intelligence. They have taken the words of Malcolm Nance seriously.

You can not give these apologist republicans an inch.

1. What was Kushner hiding when he asked for an off the grid line directly to Putin?

He wanted to use the Russian's covert, spy-class, unhackable, untraceable communication system specifically to keep the US intelligence services from finding out whatever it was he was doing. He wasn't worried that the Russians would know what he was up to, he wasn't even concerned that the Russians had just manipulated our election and installed their compliant puppet in the WH, and the sanctions that Obama had made against Russia bother him either.

Kushner is up to his eyebrows in this treasonous Trump mess. No one in Trump's circle can withstand the persistent scrutiny of the multiple investigative efforts of the US government, the intelligence services of our foreign friends who hate Trump, the leakers and whistleblowers who have the nerve to share Trumpian secrets, and the bird dog qualities of the eager domestic and foreign press corps.
