the 10 PM ET slot is currently occupied by Lawrence O'Donnell, whose contract is up somewhere around 2 weeks or so. Hannity normally takes days off at this time of the year; I believe he has a keyman clause in his contract as well. With Alies gone and dead plus Shine has gone, I wouldn't be surprised for him to walk out of Fox and onto MSNBC with their new right-wing focus.
