http://www.wfaa.com/news/local/texas-tribune/lawmaker-i-called-immigration-authorities-on-capitol-protesters/443944492The normally ceremonial last day of the legislative session briefly descended into chaos on Monday, as proceedings in the House were disrupted by large protests and at least one Republican lawmaker called immigration authorities on the protesters.
State Rep. Matt Rinaldi, R-Irving, said he called U.S Immigration and Customs Enforcement while hundreds of people dressed in red T-shirts unfurled banners and chanted in opposition to the states new sanctuary cities law. His action enraged Hispanic legislators nearby, leading to a tussle in which each side accused the other of threats and violence.

"Texas Republican 'threatens to shoot Democrat' over immigration protest"
"A group of Democratic state representatives on Monday accused a Republican of threatening to put a bullet in the head of a fellow lawmaker on the Texas House floor, as a raucous protest against a new state immigration law unfolded in a public gallery and legislators confronted each other."
Snip
At an afternoon news conference, the Democrats said Republican Matt Rinaldi, from suburban Dallas, made the shooting threat towards Poncho Nevarez, a Democrat from the border town of Eagle Pass. Several Democrats said Rinaldi also bragged about calling Ice on protesters who interrupted a floor session, leading to a near-scuffle between Rinaldi and Democrat Cesar Blanco. The Democrats said Rinaldis comments about shooting came during a second altercation, moments later.

I must say how disappointed I am with the fact that the city keeps on electing Republicans as state representatives. There were several elections where the Democrats were in extremely close contests. Unfortunately some of my former colleagues were right wing idiots.

About how SB4 would only inquire about immigration status after the individual was arrested.
This proves that they will call ICE whenever someone gets on their nerves. This snowflake Rinaldi was mad because protesters were noisy.
