I hadn't noticed that at first, but it seriously looks like the tree is giving him a huge middle finger.
Wow! Even the trees hate these GOP idiots.
They know treeson when they see it in all the branches of our government.

(209 posts)This picture reminds me of Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu, in that final speech he gave, when he realized the crowd had turned against him.

underpants
(195,550 posts)Dec. 21 1989 his last speech. The crowd turns on him 18 minutes in
Dec. 22 1989 stages a pro-rally/march and the revolution crowd takes it over.
Dec. 25 1989 he and his wife are tried in an hour and then shot.

(209 posts)In that it only took a matter of days for everything to completely fall apart for him.
A brutal ending for both of them.

Darrell has lost his swagger. Indeed he did barely hang on, by a hair, last November, and he knows his neck is on the chopping block. He's been attempting to "sound" more reasonable, accepting of such ideas as an independent prosecutor, trying in his own weasel way to "rehabilitate" himself against a rising tide against him.
Both Issa AND Steve Knight up in northern L.A. county are targeted - BIGTIME. And they know it. And they're nervous. The wind is at Democrats' backs this time.

(6,623 posts)but let us never forget that, when he thought it was politically advantageous, he espoused the most extreme RW garbage. What's the matter, Darrell--don't you really believe all that stuff?
Good to see North SD County waking up and giving this criminal a-hole what he deserves.
Go steal a car or burn down a building, Darrell.
Oh, and after posing on the roof, he called a San Diego Union Tribune writer to lie about the protestors and whine about being treated unfairly. Darrell, exposing facts about you is not unfair treatment.

(7,220 posts)Issa tried to spin it as "no one would meet with me, so I just went up to the roof to take a picture". ...Of the crowd that showed up at his office NOT to meet with him? F-ing LIAR.

(33,643 posts)That way, all these people can be identified by FBI facial recognition, then they're all going to be investigated to see how much money Soros paid each and every one of them to show up to harass him ...
Yeah, that's the ticket ...
And Faux-ites won't even stop to consider how friggin' evil that entire idea is, cause, well ... they aren't the ones who were there doing it, and they've been trained like dogs to orally froth at the mention of the word 'Soros'. You just say his name, and the conspiracy you're speaking of ... must be true.
