I don't know how these petitions work, especially when congress makes the rules, but I think 1 million is pretty impressive.

Nearly all Congress people are millionaires who can easily afford the most expensive of health plans and never feel a financial dent in their pockets. The better solution is to vote them out of office. If we can't do that, then we're stuck with the assholes.
