NPR gets its Twitter account clone-hacked...

Take a look at the graphic below...The account on the left spells "politics" replacing the "L" with an upper case "i". Makes it look like the verified account on the right.





If you're on Twitter, reporting might catch @SUPPORT attention. It was reported last night and still remains.

Make it easier to spot the clones... change to a font with serifs. I recommend something looking like a typewriter would have put out.

But last I looked, Twitter still hadn't pulled the account. They're doing nothing about the abundance of fake bot accounts, I'm not sure they're all that interested in solving the problem.
