SPARTANBURG, S.C. — Todd Kohlhepp, the former real estate agent, who was arrested last fall after a South Carolina woman was found on his property “chained like a dog” pleaded guilty in a Spartanburg courtroom Friday morning to killing seven people.

With a chain around his waist, Kohlhepp, 46, dressed in an orange jumpsuit with county jail written on the back, stood before Judge Derham Cole and pleaded guilty to 14 charges, including seven murder charges, kidnapping and sexual assault.

He quietly said "yes sir" as Cole read aloud each of his charges and said he understood the penalty that the charges carried.

Kohlhepp agreed to receive seven consecutive life sentences and waived his right to parole.

The solicitor agreed in exchange for the guilty pleas not to seek the death penalty.

The judge told Kohlhepp: "The term life means ... until your death in the South Carolina Department of Corrections."

Kohlhepp also received 30 extra years on the criminal sexual conduct charge and 30 years for kidnapping.

ass in the WH. And with the US possibly leaving the Paris Climate Agreement to join Syria and Nicaragua, it can not be any clearer that Trump is working hard to destroy the US. With this move by the ass in the WH, China will probably become the world leader in the 21st century, and the US will be left in the dust in a dystopia, much to Trump's liking in his dementia.

by many republicans is appalling. And where are Ryan and McConnell on this, seems it's all perfectly fine with them. So many in congress have lost any sense of loyalty and interest in this country, but rather are interested in greed/money/power and that's it.

But that would mean taking back the House and Senate in 2018. Not saying it's impossible.

suck up all the oxygen in the room with his idiocy and brag about how his opponent can't get media coverage, sad.

worst thing about it is, it could actually work.

he needs to be forcefully removed from office before 2020.
