I think there's enough unflattering pictures of agent orange already out there that we don't have to make any up of him. It makes our side lose credibility.
The amazing thing is that he poses like he's this hot, young stud and nothing could be further from the truth! Look at him in that last shot! You can tell he just thinks he is a gift from covfefe. And check out the mullet in the side shots. Ugh! 
I know he probably still thinks of himself as the 30-year-old millionaire playboy with tousled golden locks, but no 70 year-old has hair that color, and if he'd just let his hair go gray or darken it to a sensible color and trim it (once again, the President probably has unfettered access to a personal groomer/stylist) like an adult grown man instead of a toddler, he wouldn't get in trouble with the wind.
There's nothing wrong with being old or pudgy so long as you're not trying to look like you aren't old or pudgy.

Dr. Harold Bornstein, who has been Trump's personal physician since 1980, said that "over the past 39 years, I am pleased to report that Mr. Trump has had no significant medical problems."

No one here is saying Trudeau should be in office because he has a nicer ass than Trump. That is quite an insult to the folks here.
There is nothing sexist about women (and men) expressing their attraction to various public figures on a discussion board. They are not doing it to workmates. They are not harassing your daughter.
As a woman and a feminist, I am truly baffled by why you think us admiring Trudeau's ass is sexist. Women are sexual beings. Really. They look upon some men with lust. They can do this, just like men. Obviously that makes some men uncomfortable, especially those who think men should be doing the ogling and women should be passive. I will not apologize for my sexuality.
If you are offended by the word "ass" as profanity, well that is not the same as saying it's sexist. Women use profanity. I do. A LOT. Especially since Trump got elected. Right here on DU. So do a lot of other DUers. I don't know what word you would have preferred, but calling it "buttocks" would kill the pun and wouldn't be funny. Ass is certainly allowed on DU, and is not a sexist word, since it can refer to a man's or woman's posterior.
It is odd that you would find humor in the Montana Testicle Festival, but not this. Oh well. Comedy is an art, not a science. And opinions are like assholes---everybody has one.

I've read suggestions that Trump is so sadly intimidated by men who are better looking and/or richer and/or taller than he is -- he was so jealous/intimidated by Trudeau (the look on his face as Trudeau switched between English and French was like a jealous fifth-grader) and he was so clearly intimidated by Comey's height (the infamous scene in which Trump, looking like an insecure jackass, blew kisses to Comey and tried to hug him/give him the "handshake"
-- also Macron, who defeated the Trump handshake -- all examples.
