Interesting question. Perhaps the Russian ambassador told him or Flynn or other staffers in one of their many meetings.
Apparently, they didn't.

These days, there are no communications channels that are guaranteed to be secure, unfortunately.

In fact, frankly, I would not be surprised to learn that Little Jared* is tRump*s primary Amerikan-based handler.

The major thing is not that foreign embassies and consulates have secure communications, but who on the foreign end did Kushner wish to communicate with.
