5. the 3 times impeachment of a president came up, it was *always* an opposition party in congress

andrew johnson, nixon, and clinton all faced opposition parties in the house (nixon resigned before being formally impeached).

no president has ever been impeached when his own party controlled the house.

1) everyone still thinks nixon would have won re-election anyway.

there be no mistake and no obfuscating, no prettifying the language or pussyfooting around the crime:

It wasn't "meddling." It wasn't "interfering." It wasn't "hacking." Or, rather, it WAS all that, but all for one goal:

A COUP TO TAKE OVER THE UNITED STATES EXECUTIVE.

And so far, it has been successful.

10. This is not Watergate
Thu Jun 1, 2017, 02:21 PM
Jun 2017

I was a teen during Watergate and watched hearings and later on read All The President's men.
The only thing is that there was criminal wrongdoing.
But, this is worse, I believe.
We have the republican candidate and for that matter, the party, in collusion with russia.
You see the behavior of the leaders when they were told in the summer about Russia.
You see the behavior of Nunes now.
How much of the party is involved?
The party of cold war 'hero' st. Ronnie.
What about congressman Rohrabacher? Named along with Trump in that meeting as a Russia lover.
Nixon and co. bugged the headquaters of the DNC.
But, what is going on now, with Trump doing what Putin wants, is far worse
