1. Well, that's what Orange Excrescence and his billionaire buddies want

but they're not going to get it. The Paris Accords are in force until the end of 2020. By then, I hope the country will be chastened enough to get rid of him and his stinking, rotten party and we'll rejoin quickly.

In the meantime, this state is building more solar fields and putting in more windmills and I imagine other states are doing the same. I think the power company is hoping to make the coal plants up in the Four Corners area that smog up the Grand Canyon when the wind's wrong obsolete. Once solar and wind harvesters are in place, they're a lot cheaper to run and that's good for the power company.
