Watched a movie last week (Hidden Figures - excellent!) that included a clip of a JFK speech. Just hearing his voice made my eyes leak.

6. And that is why he was murdered.

He put the good of the country and the world above political partisanship. His refusal to bow to the MI complex, thereby avoiding nuclear conflict with Russia sealed his fate. I, too, am profoundly sad for what we lost 3 years before my birth. We are to this very day reaping the tempest sown on 11/22/63; there was a coup, and they got away with it, and have controlled everything ever since.
