...was that at the time he was still head of the FBI there was no investigation into him, BUT that doesn't mean that they won't get there. Also, this is just part of it. This is big, and it's not just the FBI. Mueller's investigation could take 18-24 months, at least.

My take on Comey's testimony so far is that this is devastating for 45. I'm sure his head is about to explode as he's watching this.
