Looks like it's all over but the graft and payoffs...

Looks like McConnell lets Murkowski and Collins vote token "no" but Heller and Portman cave quickly for the ACA repeal.

Nevertheless, I hope this can be a viable winning issue against the GOP for the Midterms, even in Red states.
