slowly, the tide is turning.

I think we are seeing a shift which will eventually snowball into Trump being kicked out ir resigning.

For example, even on Fox News , Cavuto was saying the president's clearly attempted to derail the Flynn investigation. Scarborough also has turned on Trump.

This morning, Susan Collins was interviewed on CNN and she did not attempt to defend Trump, clearly said he was interfering with the investigation. When asked whom to believe she was clear that Comey was the one to believe..

There are signs the voters too are pushing back. We will know for sure in a few days if Ossof wins GA-6. If he does, it will be a strong signal of what is to come. The next data point we will have is the gubernatorial and state elections in my home state of Virginia this fall.

It may take until 2018 and the dems retaking the house, but we are getting there.

1. Unnn, at worst its the college educated Trump voters who are turning but the others have no idea

... about what is happening.

The winger media is totally leaving out the interview with Lester Holt and the admission he fired Comey in part because of the Russia investigation.

6. Perfect quote from the classic Niagara Falls skit...

Thanks for the memories and chuckle... I needed it.

For those unfamiliar with the skit here's my favorite version...

7. Isn't the Lucy skit a take off from a scene in a horror movie? Anyone know what movie?

I vaguely remember it being a wolfman bit maybe maybe with Abbott and Costello?

8. It's an old vaudeville skit...

Here's what Wikipedia says about it:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slowly_I_Turned

Here's the Stooges, Abbott and Costello (I think that might be the one you're thinking off) and a different Lucy version (Bug Bunny had one too).
Apparently Al Roker did a bit of it a while ago...

If you go to Niagara Falls they used to have one of the versions showing, I think it was at the museum but it's bedn years since I was last there.

10. You're welcome. They do a great version...

of this but their Baseball skit will always be my favorite of theirs mostly because it brings back a happy memory of a childhood trip to Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame with my now late baseball crazy uncle and cousin.

11. Cooperstown is great. I made it there in the early '90s. Not easy to get to though.

13. True. Was the life-sized Ted Williams statue in Bosox home uniform still there when you went?

Right in the entry lobby?

17. I went in the mid 70s and...

didn't remember him being there so I did a quick check and he was added in the mid 80s. From what I remember reading in the local news years ago (Capital District at the time) there's been a few changes over the years.

My cousin, dad and uncle loved the place... I'm not all that sure how I ended up going since I was never into sports much. I think I might have had hopes of the Farm or art museum nearby. That would have been more my speed.

4. That Ossoff election could be a real 'gamechanger'!

If a Democrat took THAT district, you can bet the Republicans would abandon Trump like rats leaving a sinking ship!

5. Trump has no true friends

He's surrounded by paid cronies and sycophants.
No one will really stand up for someone who
has proven to be such a liar, a charlatan,
a phony, a crook and a nincompoop.
With his polling in the toilet, he's just a
tweet away from Republicans turning on him.
Then we can get on with impeaching him out.
