I'm proud to say I live in a state that just did away with its caucus system in order to enable more people to vote. Bernie won Minnesota, but that didn't stop voters and lawmakers here from supporting efforts to expand the franchise through switching to a primary system. Why do we see the opposite at the People's Summit?
