As you read the Bloomberg article, keep in mind the wise words of an infamous war criminal:

"There are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns – the ones we don't know we don't know." -- Donald Rumsfeld

Russian Breach of 39 States Threatens Future U.S. Elections

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Russia’s cyberattack on the U.S. electoral system before Donald Trump’s election was far more widespread than has been publicly revealed, including incursions into voter databases and software systems in almost twice as many states as previously reported.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Bloomberg article mentions a lot of data that the Russians TRIED to delete or alter but failed, but it doesn't mention what was SUCCESSFULLY deleted or altered because that's presumably unknowable to anyone but the Russians who did it.

I'm just sayin', keep that in mind.

You will find not one scientist disagreeing with that sentence.

You know that you know your Smartphone's PIN-code.
You know that you do not know that other person's Smartphone's PIN-code.
200 years ago, people did not know that they do not know what Smartphones are.

But if you really need a good quote...
