Trump's Twitter page amounts to a limited public forum since his Tweets constitute official statements of the President, and he allows public comment on them. If he allows public comment on them, he cannot engage in viewpoint discrimination.

The Knight Institute is planning a lawsuit against Trump and has sent him a letter demanding that he unblock all people he blocked based on their posts critical of him.

But I was unaware of a pending lawsuit. I only know about the letter the Knight Institute sent to Trump, but they have not filed suit yet as far as I am aware. Do you have a link?

he hasn't blocked anyone from @potus, @white house. He always re tweets his idiot personal tweets to @white house. The first week he tried to include 'follows' for @potus, @white house those fake news and nazi sites he followed on his personal twitter. Twitter or someone at white house removed those.

It seems to be taking a while but even trump will learn everything the president says or does is on a permanent record, and he can't block anyone from social media.
