Just an idea how to beat the GOP on the ACHA...

Apparently we are down to luck or unlimited amendments.

How about each Dem senator takes turns putting in an amendment that ONE citizen from their state be exempted from any waivers any state may later carry out? That would take YEARS for them to get through.

And I'd suggest the first one be from this other thread today:
Rigged: Forced into debt. Worked past exhaustion. Left with nothing.

EVERYONE (DEM) should be able to unite on him!
