On her linkedin page, she had listed the law school she did NOT graduate from. When queried by the intrepid press, she put N/A next to it. But twitter was not satisfied, so she had to clear the whole matter up in a tweet:

NY Daily News says that she might not be getting the job after all (too much push back).
Had Patton started work as scheduled, she was going "to run an office that distributes billions of taxpayer dollars to public housing authorities in New York and New Jersey, including the nation’s biggest, NYCHA."
