The Powers That Be are readying us for his removal.

Thus the constant drumbeat of Watergate history, the constant repetition of the number of days he has held, albeit IMO illegitimately in every sense, the Presidency, the constant raised eyebrows of his fellow GOPers, and most notably, the mass of retired individuals from the Intelligence Comminity who are denigrating him rightfully.

As an aside, do recall that the presence of a President of color on the TV show 24 made it conceivable for this to occur in real life among the masses. Fiction often presages reality.

in succession, of course, come Paul Ryan, Orrin Hatch, and I think Tillerson. All Koch agents and/or allies, and the rest of the cabinet mostly stuffed with the same. Getting Rump out of the way should at least help SOME conservative voters finally realize their party has been highjacked by predatory extremists.

President Pence, working closely with Ryan and McConnell, will actually achieve the agenda that Trump's antics are blocking.

Right now, Trump himself is the single most effective defense against the right wing Republican agenda.

And they will all make billions of dollars from the oil pipeline through Crimea once the sanctions are lifted.

And Pence the unelectable will be the president they wanted all along knowing he would never be able to get there on his own.
We need Pence taken down just as much as DT. Pence is a dominionist and wants a WW to bring on evangelical Christian domination of the world. That ain't ct.

we will retake the house in 2018 and may even retake the senate, although its harder.
Pence will be unable to push anything through congress.

With the cluster fuck that is Trump, we will only have to blame ourselves if we cant manage to get dems to go vote in 2018 and retake congress. Even with gerrymandering, there are enough districts were its close enough. we only need 24 seats.

I seem to have heard Ryan was as well, and as Speaker of the House, he would be next in line. So...we might end up with Orrin Hatch, which isn't real great, but he might actually be sane.

Pence is an empty suit ideologue who destroyed his state so badly they don't even refer to him - much like the Republicans and W.

And Ryan - what a disgustingly smug man; a man ready to throw all poor Americans under the bus by gutting their programs because he also is an ideologue.

Oh, for the days when these people put America first and party second, when there were actually a few statesmen on either side.

that we also need to focus on winning the House back in 2018 and winning it back BIGLY!

It may sound like a long way off, but half of 2017 is almost over and in 6 months it will be 2018. So, get rid of Dump, focus investigations on Pence and work our asses off to gain the House.

The idea does have some merit. If so, it makes me feel better because the heavily armed right wing nut job 'militias' are sure to resist, and our military had better stand up to them and nip any rebellions in the bud when the impeachment and trial process begins.

and they're mad because he kicked THEM to the curb, repeatedly. I don't think that is necessarily a good thing, but he did promise to drain the swamp and Foggy Bottom is swamp HQ so I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing, either. I don't think it will lead to impeachment anytime soon but if the stars are aligned it MIGHT lead to Dem victories next year and in 2020. So . . .

This element is already clamoring for "revolution" much like the radical left only with even more cognitive dissonance.

I'm not sure how relevant that is to me, but if Republicans lose that constituency they're done. Maybe. So they're in a trick bag.
