Has anyone had any problem with DU asking for new password ??

2. I had problems with it twice, once after each of the two hacks.

Both times I ended up sending a note to the admins and they manually sent me new passwords both of the times.

the two times I needed the password I would send for it and I would never get a response.

3. I think it may have something to do with unrecognized IP addresses.

11. I doubt that's the reason

I use a VPN most, not all of the time, connected to various servers and it makes no difference. Certainly doesn't log me out. I have experienced random log-outs thoughs.

That is what has happened to me. The 2nd times was because I forgot to check - keep me logged in on this computer.

9. I discovered I was logged out on both my computer and my phone

All of a sudden, no reason.

EarlG bailed me out twice. I changed passwords again and so far so good.

12. Happened to me once Saturday.

Just once and that was it.

13. I was logged out on my phone, but I think it may have been a month so no big deal.

I don't mind if it asks me to verify my creds once a month, all things considered. Better safe than sorry, right?
