I'll bet a shiny nickel that if you asked President Trump an hour after the meeting concluded, who he just met with and what country he was from, you'd get a stream of stuttering obfuscation. This reads like nothing more than rote recital of standard language; I'm a bit surprised that Trump remembered that Panama has a canal, and that he didn't tell Varela that he really likes Panama hats.
