So 4 Republikkan Senators say they cannot support the death bill

Considering the four are Sens. Rand Paul of Kentucky, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Ted Cruz of Texas and Mike Lee of Utah, I'm guessing there's no requirement to drown the sick in a barrel of acid or given enough kickbacks to themselves and the insurance execs

1. Yeah, they're not against it for any reason that would benefit us

My guess is that they're jockeying for position on the next horror show, the shift taxes off the rich onto labor bill coming up.

3. I think another Senator will join that objection group. Susan Collins. I heard her on TV tonight

and she listed several things she needed in the bill for her to vote in favor of it, and they're not there!

5. In other words, the only Republicans who oppose it are the ones who think it's not extreme enough

Will get passed.... 650 billion tax cut for the top 1%, enough said.

Plus GOP voters that hate Democratic voters more than they care for their personal well being.

My opinion;

The Four Fuckwads of the Apocalypse.

Watch - they'll decide which two of them most need to look like they're standing on principle. Those two will be allowed to vote against it, while the other two vote to pass it.

We saw his little charade with "I'm not voting for Trump after he insulted my family." That ended quickly
Lee is probably the most likely to stay a 'no' since he's publicly opposed everything the republikkans have put out as not being good enough.
Johnson will vote for it (Still gauls me he beat Feingold -- and by like 7 points) if they need his vote
Which I think they will, since I think Collins will vote against. I keep reading stuff out of Maine that she's thinking of running for Governor. She'll need her "I'm not an extreme, right wing jerk" talking points ready

stop this is if there are enough republicans who oppose it for the right reasons, and I don't think they exist anymore

Lots of rumors coming out of Maine that she wants to run for Governor in2018
Murkowski and (oddly) Cochrane of Mississippi are the two most likely to be legitimately concerned about PP
Several years ago he said he couldn't support messing with the funding of PP because it was too important to rural Mississippians
Be curious if that still holds
My guess, if it's a sure pass, he's unavailable. Sure fail, he's unavailable
If his vote counts... he caves and like the other lemmings leaps off the cliff

This would prevent or persuade the others to sit back and not take a stand at this time. It was nothing more than a political ploy.
