because DUers seem to have a range of interpretations. Some members seem to think that having both the administration and Congress controlled by Republicans constitutes a constitutional crisis. My own interpretation would be that one or more of the three branches is clearly violating a provision of the Constitution and the other branches are declining to use their authority to bring them back in line.
