The repubs gave us the first glimpse of how you use a compliant congress to subvert democracy. In this case, and it will be only the first, we see that the process for passing laws will now consist of secrecy, no negotiations, and speed.

There of course will be the obligatory bribes and threats to compel others to vote for a bill. This then becomes the slippery slope of corruption for those who decide to go along to get along. Once they have voted for Trumpcare, these repubs will be even more dependent on Trump and GOP for their political lives.
