First, the cbo didn't count on republican governors sabotaging Obamacare.

Second, even if the cbo overestimated, by a lot, the number of Americans who will lose coverage under bcra, it's still a huge number of Americans being left to suffer and die.

Who would have guessed that Republicans would file suit to make the Medicaid expansion optional, and then in the states they controlled, that they would refuse federal money to provide care for their own citizens, making them sicker and letting them die younger from preventable causes?

That takes a special kind of bloodthirstiness and cruelty, if you ask me. And now The White House is trying to put the blame for that on Obamacare? Now we're into a whole new dimension of rank stupidity, which panders to their base in a remarkably fitting fashion.
