After quitting Congress and his powerful seat atop the House Oversight Committee, soon-to-be-former Rep. Jason Chaffetz will join Fox News as a contributor. The network confirmed in a Wednesday statement that he will offer political analysis for both Fox News and Fox Business Networks daytime and primetime programming. Chaffetzs congressional gig ends on Friday, June 30, as he decided to resign early instead of seeking re-election next year. He will officially start his job with the right-wing cable-news network on Saturday, July 1.

(82,849 posts)Is Fox aware of Jason's need for a big housing allowance? Poor guy can barely scrape by on a measly $174,000 a year.
