If Tillerson is so upset with the WH, why didn't he resign?

1. Putin meeting is upcoming, Tillerson still hopes to facilitate oil deals

Although Senate voted to to lift sanctions, House Repubs are stalling and reports have come out that Trump WH is going to offer some concessions to Russia that may help with oil deals.

Also Tillerson was involved in facilitating Saudi/Exxon oil deal that may have not finalized yet. He seems to only have business deals on his agenda in State Dept, and as long as he is in a position to work out some more multi-billion dollar deals that benefit Exxon, he will stay on.

they are doing wrong. reminds me of Rove tactics - pick your worst flaw and then accuse your opponent of it first. It works - because you get the low info people who never hear the truth later - they just hear your original accusation and it sticks.
