Trump didn't remark on Congress taking away his power to wage war on his own, did he?

That bill that was just passed, where Congress took away the President's ability to wage war as easily on his own...I didn't see any remarks or tweets that Trump made about that.

Was that embarrassment the strange reason he suddenly did that tweet about Joe & Mika?

It wasn't "passed" by Congress.

It's an amendment to the budget bill by the House of Reps. The amendment was approved to be added to the budget. The amendment, proposed by a black female representative, is almost certainly not going to make it through the budget process later this year. It'll be stricken, and the budget changed...and viewed as a partisan amendment by a mere woman, and by one of those partisan black people in Congress.

That's why not much coverage. That's a disappointment. But kudos to her for calling the nation's attention to this dangerous situation.

That's why I assumed you posted it. She was the last guest and Rachel gave her 5 min. She was very enthused about finally getting it to this step since she has been working towards this for a goal a long time. She is a determined person and I have a feeling it will pass.

And since the Republicons are so busy sucking up all the money, they don't give a damn what happens.

In New Jersey. He couldn't be bothered with anything to do with Presidenting.
