(63,221 posts)I just heard more of his tweeting BS on the news about states trying to hide voter info. He is fucking insane and someone needs to rein him in. IVANKA! You aren't doing your job!

(18,837 posts)I noticed a true spike on MSNBC this week with more Republicans saying "I wish he wouldn't do that."
But that's passive and still enabling.
If you see a mugging in process on the street, you either
1). step in and intervene,
2). dial 911, or
3). walk away saying "I wish he wouldn't do that."
So far, Republicans are going for that third option

(888 posts)Greta Van Susteren's show was let go because the ratings dip right when ratings should ramp up for prime time.
The effect of a bad lead-in to prime time shows.
Real news okay, but she tries to keep right wing Fox news style commentators, but when regurgitating talking points and saying Bullshit without question was the problem. I for one did not want to hear Republican talking points without question. I change the channel to CNN and then come back for hardball.
Seems like half 1,000,000 people did the exact same thing.
So it wasn't Greta herself, but the lack of correction when seasoned commentators spouted Republicans talking points that wouldn't be corrected on Fox news, despite the fact that they are demonstrably false.
You have in politics to be tethered to the facts
