Let's suppose there is evidence that tRump colluded with Russia

Direct irrefutable evidence that also implicates current and former members of his cabinet and some in Congress showing they worked with hacked intel and some directly with Russians in order to harm Democrats.

Could the President be arrested?

Today, we're controlled by Russia. Tomorrow, it could be China. Next week it could be North Korea.

What is WRONG with you? Have you read the Constitution or even the Bill of Rights?

The protections afforded to the holder of the POTUS position are NOT applicable
to one who holds the position as a result of unlawful acts
&/or has used the power of the POTUS position as part of such unlawful acts.

Why?
Because the immunity is only absolute with regards to actions which are performed within the reasonable scope of the presidential duties...
And
Acquisition of the POTUS position through use of unlawful acts would not be within the scope of presidential duties....

Nor would utilizing the power of the position
to benefit a foreign country
as a reward for having implemented active measures as part of the coordinated efforts
which achieved the shared objective
of both the foreign country &
the holder of the unlawfully acquired POTUS position.

IMO/FWIW

direct irrefutable evidence of his collusion with Ruskies.

They likely will find that Trump has a lot of dangerous conflicts and deplorable business dealings, and likely obstructed justice. But that won't get him impeached, especially with GOPers in control of Congress. Some of his advisers certainly pushed the envelop and should be fired, perhaps prosecuted.

Manafort and Flynn taking all the blame, at least as far as Trump's base goes. And they'll fall on their swords rather than give Trump up, in hopes of a commutated sentence upon the appeals process running its course, then a full pardon on Trump's last day in office.
