Justice Kennedy should have stepped down before 2014 when a Democrat was President and

Democrats had a majority in the US Senate.
There would have been 5 Liberal Judges in the Supreme Court.
Ginsburg,Breyer,Sotomayor,Kagan,and Garland.

a YEAR before his term ended no one would have dreamed the traitorous GOP would stop it for a year. It wouldn't have matter if President Obama moninated a judge at the beginning of his term ... OH wait - he did. It wouldn't have mattered. It didn't mattered they stopped him from doing his job.
