He said when you need translators a meeting takes twice as long as it would otherwise. So it's actually been only one hour's worth of actual substance if you subtract the translation time, so it's not as unusual as it might appear.

Even if he identifies as bisexual (or gay), it is still inappropriate to use allegations of homosesuality (or same gender sexual activity) as an insult.
