The statue in the background on MSNBC.

A popular place for on camera work in the capitol has a man's statue in the background. He seems kind of slouched and appears to have one hand in his pocket.
I think it's Will Rogers.
Anybody know?

At least not from this angle.
It looks like it's against a wall or in a shallow alcove.

they wouldn't set up facing directly to the wall because it would block the corridor. So Katie and the cameraman are facing down the hall, and the statue is at a different angle.
