Gees i wish someone within the IRS would provide Trumps taxes !!! Whistleblower style.

why is Trump going crazy??? Is it because Mueller has asked IRS to go after Trumps Taxes?

WE NEED A hero !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Unconventional Idea

But what if the returns were dumped on the committee’s lap by an IRS employee without the Committee having made a request? That could happen under the very last paragraph in subsection (f).

Section §6103(f)(5) is a whistleblower exception to the general rule of nondisclosure. It permits disclosure of tax returns to one of the tax-writing committees by “any person who otherwise has or had access to any return or return information under this section” when that person believes that “such return or return information may relate to possible misconduct, maladministration, or taxpayer abuse.”

The plain language of this provision suggests that an IRS employee who otherwise has authorized access to Trump’s tax returns could blow the whistle on Trump if that employee believes Trump’s tax returns related to “possible misconduct” or “possible maladministration.”

3. I have wondered why someone hasn't done this yet, too. He has insulted

enough career employees all over our government, I bet lots of people have had an eye on doing this.

7. NO ONE can access much less copy or distribute info from ANYONE's tax account anonymously...

Also, there are laws that forbid unwarranted access to taxpayer accounts...

4. Cowards?

Is there really nobody with an ounce of courage to stop this buffoon? No, I can't call him man or president, he does not deserve ANY respect from any of us. Not until he learns to give us respect.

6. I will speculate that the IRS and DOJ have been investigating Trump for

financial crimes for several months, maybe even years! They could have been investigating him since way before he began his run for President. Financial crimes cases can't be made in a couple of weeks! It requires forensic accountants and payment tracers and all kinds of specialized investigators.

One last thing - No one can access ANYONE'S tax account without leaving an electronic signature...

13. right. But can a prosecutor obtain IRS records directly from IRS, with authorization? Or do you

have to obtain them from the US citizen?

16. No. The IRS doesn't allow any other federal agency to directly access taxpayer info.

The prosecutor would have to get an IRS associate or liaison assigned to the team, then the associate or liaison would get the transcripts, returns or others documents that DOJ team requested...

17. Thanks! What I was getting at was that

they could be accessed through the proper channels. The laws don't state that only the taxpayer could do that under subpoena/ruling.

8. Has it occurred to you that there may be nothing illegal in Trump's taxes?

If there was, there's no reason the IRS wouldn't have informed DOJ before this point.

9. The IRS and the DOJ have to work TOGETHER to prosecute a financial crimes case...

It takes several months of DOJ prosecuting attorneys working with IRS accountants to put together a case, then prosecute it.

true? We only have a proven liar's word that IRS has audited him for many years

15. What TheDebbieDee said.

The IRS takes the confidentiality of tax records very seriously, and does not hesitate to fire employees for simply looking at records they are not supposed to.

Plus, at this late date I'd venture that Donnie's tax records hardly matter any more. The out and out treasonous behavior is what matters.

18. Trump voters don't care what is in tax returns

Tax returns might show financial ties to Russians. So what?

Trump is loved primarily because he hates the browns, the blacks, the asians, the pointy-headed intellectuals. He wants to build a wall. The "southern strategy" worked for Nixon, it worked for Reagan and it worked for Trump. Nothing else really matters.
