<snip>Heres Trump talking about health insurance: Because you are basically saying from the moment the insurance, youre 21 years old, you start working and youre paying $12 a year for insurance, and by the time youre 70, you get a nice plan.
That is a near-unintelligible description of, I think, life insurance. A man hell-bent on repealing Obamacare doesnt seem to have any clue how health care works.
Heres Trump talking about Napoleon, whose tomb he visited during his recent trip to Paris: His one problem is he didnt go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.
This sounds like an answer to an essay question about Napoleon that might appear on a sixth-graders history exam.<snip.>

(2,034 posts)The fact that this is an actual quote should be horrifying to everybody. The fact that people aren't screaming bloody murder about the mental state of their leader after statements like that will mystify historians for years to come.

You know what he would do? Sue them for not paying him.

(17,911 posts)not his own academic abilities. Same is true for W. Rick Perry apparently earned his BS at state school by the skin of his teeth. Interesting that the Rethugs seem to collect all the dumb ones.

(10,828 posts)(Sounds like a Trumpster lead in, doesn't it? ). However either here or on a another site, someone suggested the Trumpster was quoting a $12 a month Gerber Baby Insurance policy, the one that presumably grows with a child.
That would be a hoot!

Why do centrist, intelligent publications give column space to such simple minded propagandists? Reading their columns is embarrassing.
One reason the OPs point isn't all over the headlines every day is because of false disagreement from their right-wing op-ed writers.
