That has been one of his tricks all along, is have some service he thinks they need and change the source for that to one of his companies. Any idea how to find this out?

who supplies groceries to the White House/executive branch/all federal gov't kitchens/whatever? Probably some "trusted" contractors but I don't know how you'd find that out. But yeah, among other things I think the Secret Service is spending a small fortune paying for "his" rooms, golf carts, etc., when he stays at his golf courses.
