The Kushner statement is v coy about whether he read Goldstone's email,
and imo tries to create the appearance of a denial w/o giving one.

(41,952 posts)Kushner is making this statement because he can't deny that he attended the meeting. So he's downplaying it as much as possible. If he did have his assistant call him out of the meeting then that needs to be corroborated by the assistance. (Is there a text to that effect?)
Did Donny Jr have a phone call convo or only sent the texts and emails? That needs to be corroborated. Did anybody else in that meeting give any evidence that Kushner was there for only a few minutes? This is how we know whether it's the truth, or more lies.
What Kushner says doesn't mean shit anymore. We all know that.
