So, What Will the Pentagon Do When Trump (Tries to) Declare Martial Law?

There is only one end game here, for the Trump Crime Family and their Russian Masters. That is a sweeping military coup, the 2018 elections halted, the federal courts stripped of their power, the citizens of the country stripped of their civil liberties, all opposition parties outlawed, cities that oppose the coup occupied, assets of groups like the ACLU seized by the feds as they are investigated for "thought crimes"--you know, like supporting a boycott of another country.

Trump keeps giving money to the Pentagon. He keeps lavishing praise on military leaders. He even rolled back his campaign pledge to privatize the VA. The only section of the federal government that he has not fucked with is the military.

Trump obviously thinks that when push comes to shove, the Pentagon will say "How high?" when he says "Jump."

Any thoughts? Is there a faction of the U.S. military that would fall in line behind a Russian led coup? Or is Trump/Putin delusional?

Remember when Obama was going to institute Marshall law? The right was positive he would suspend the 2016 elections.

Remember when GWB was going to institute Marshall Law after 9/11, during the illegal wars, or to prevent the 2008 election? The left was sure it was only a matter of time.

Remember when the far right nuts were sure Bill Clinton was going to do it leading up to 2000?

It's always a fantasy of the far opposite side. No, Congress and the military would not go along with it.

Legally he can not, it doesn't mean he will not try. He does have the Congress kneeling and kissing his fat ass. He will continue to allow free reign for the Congress to continue their destruction of the Constitution while he is playing golf and eating chocolate cake.

He is so ignorant to the rule of law and flaunts it like it is something to be proud of and it allows this Congress to move forward with their agenda that they wish to follow.

An attempted coup by the Congress wouldn't surprise me at all. The hysteria by some screeching about President Obama was so laughable, sadly idiots actually believed it 'cause he's black. Bush and his administration didn't have the balls to go that far, these manics, they do have the balls to do so.
