Cardiac paddles, more adrenaline shots to the heart, intubation, heart-lung machine, they'll do whatever they can, whether legal or not, to keep this abomination "alive" long enough to ram it through so that they can fuck as many people as possible.

The use of martial law refers to bypassing the typical procedure that requires the House to wait a day after the Rules Committee produces a rule establishing floor debate parameters before voting.
Instead, the House can now vote on the procedural measure on the same day.

It's not a new thing and has been invoked on multiple occasions over the years both by Democrats when they controlled the House and by Republicans. More often by the Republicans.
