Book of Judges, I believe. At first, ancient Israel had no king or queen, but was governed by elected delegates called Judges. One of them was a married woman named Deborah. She was also involved in development and implementation of military strategy. He also neglected to read to the end of the book of Proverbs, which describes a "virtuous woman" as a woman who buys land, plants crops, manufactures goods, and runs her own business - and SHOULD be allowed to keep her profits, as well as given public praise. Oh, how deficient this man's learning surely must be.
