"If you want to dance, little count (I will play the tune)."
From Mozart's Le Nozze do Figaro ("The Marriage of Figaro&quot .

The count wants to invoke Droit du seigneur with Figaro's betrothed. (He invokes the right of the count to sleep first with any underling's fiancé.)

Figaro says here that shall not happen.

(On edit: this one with English subtitles) (some)

As usual, Mozart says it gloriously.

bride and groom were happy to see Obama!

Once, a couple had to move their wedding location at the last minute in Hawaii because Obama was going to play golf. But - Obama didn't know and called them afterwards to apologize. What did they do? Invited him to their reception! The odds of anyone inviting 45 to their reception, well outside of WV ...

Of all the things to criticize 45 for, this doesn't make the list for me. Since they chose to get married on one of his properties, the odds they actually voted for the man are better than that they didn't.

From the NY Times in June:

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/06/03/style/president-trump-national-golf-club-bedminster-summer-white-house.html

Mr. Trump is a selling point for prospective brides and grooms considering holding their weddings at the club. When I was there, I was given a marketing brochure that made the following pledge: “If he is on-site for your big day, he will likely stop in & congratulate the happy couple. He may take some photos with you but we ask you and your guests to be respectful of his time & privacy.” A spokeswoman for the club said the brochure has been discontinued.

And really, it wasn't him crashing. He got out of the cart, said hello, and left. So I really don't think that is something to get all upset over. HOWEVER, your post adds a new dimension. First of all, those people attending the wedding must have known this was a very real possibility. Furthermore, they booked there, so they must have thought that it would be desirable should he happen to show up. Finally, it is simply disgusting that he put this in a brochure. What this vid proves to me is that he is, above all else, a soulless grifter and there are still idiots out there falling for his schemes. I only hope that five years from now, when these idiots look back at their wedding day, they are ashamed as hell. Of course, these are the type of assholes who would probably pick up arms to defend him against the cops arresting his sorry ass.

Shouldn't it be the other way around? He makes everything about himself, who would want him to crash their wedding? I would be repulsed.
