(13,081 posts)Just messin' with y'all. And I wanted to bump the thread.
Tweets like that are exactly why I was proud to vote for Hillary (even if I'm an evil leftist Berniebro). The tweet is sadly prescient, but the Tweeter is unarguably brilliant and will be on the right side of history.

(14,565 posts)Now I'm into gardening. Months ago I've never cared about gardening at all. I couldn't name three plants. Now I know all about peat moss and acidic soil and all types of crap. I choose plants that make it difficult on myself solely because it provides another distraction.

Stopping there, cause Trump's GTE is the greatest catastrophe to hit the world since11/22/63, surpassing even Bush GTEs 2000/20004
Interesting that, with the possible 88 election, not a single Repub has been elected legitimately since 1960!!!!
Almost 60 frickin years......

And yet, Trump in sitting in the WH. In all his ugliness.
Btw, gardening is good therapy.

(28,795 posts)How insane is the Repub party?
Husband and wife BOTH impeached on, uh,
trumped up charges
They only obstruct, obfuscate, pander, lie, and set out to destroy the fundament of a civil society. The one thing they most assuredly CANNOT do is govern.
How much more proof is needed?

(14,176 posts)to implement a strong united NA climate change strategy. Its been awhile since both American and Canadian leaders have been both more liberal leaning at the same time. Sure a brief few months during Obama's last lame duck period, Trudeau was elected. But before that in Canada we had a Dubya wanna be con for most all of Obama's term. Before that we had the Liberal party in while you had Dubya in. We can never coordinate our leaders to be on the same page!

(1,477 posts)I'm not sure if they will admit it, but I'm hoping that they regret their vote. The only problem is that they never learn. In Wisconsin, they voted for Thompson, regretted it and didn't vote for him again. They voted for Walker, regretted it, didn't vote for him again. Now they voted for tRump. I don't know how to convince them to stop voting for republicans.
