He also fends of some shady questions where Todd attempts to corner him into saying he is favoring one democrat over another in the primary process. It's nice to see how educated Perez is on the candidate Todd mentions yet the DNC is letting the primary play out.
I'm glad we are heading back to a fifty state strategy. Perez has his hands full and certain factions are gunning for him before he has even had a chance.
See the interview here.

We need someone who knows how to run campaigns and win elections, not fend off Chuck Todd's idiotic questions.

(1,301 posts)It's not as much about a dynamic personality, tho that never hurts. I'm hard pressed to find issue with the head of the DNC promoting a fifty state strategy and not taking the bait when it comes to picking and choosing primary winners.

(53,876 posts)it critiqued him as coming off weak in the interview with Todd (IMO that was the tip off as to the agenda of the poster. Most astute observers know Chuck Toad, an anti-Dem repug, is not on our side).
And surprisingly, or maybe not so surprisingly, several posters jumped on the bandwagon with comments like, "I never liked Perez", and other crappola.
Makes one wonder, WTF, why are some so quick to bash Perez? Is it because he's a POC?
Or is it because Sanders didn't back him for the position?
