Years of diplomacy gave the North Koreans time and cover to continue developing nukes, missiles, miniaturization . . .

I'm not saying they should have bombed NK into oblivion twenty years ago, but there had to have be a better solution than to let them do what they've been doing.

4. What have they been doing?

Have they been killing more of their own people of the people of other countries than Pakistan, India, Israel? When is the last time you read about NK striking inside another nation? Do people here know what is going on inside India, Israel, Pakistan, Turkey, SA. The world seems more at ease with bombing and killing people of color who haven't even attacked us or hacked us. But Russia gets a pass for all they have done in the past and present.
