Reminds me of the war on Xmas. To hear the RWers whine, you'd think all signs of Christmas are outlawed in the USA. Meanwhile, back in the real world, in early October (even earlier in many cases) signs of Christmas begin to appear until by early December they are practically inescapable in nearly every public space.

And the supposed "freedom of speech" warriors on the Right would love to pass a law requiring all persons in the US to greet one another with the exact words Merry Christmas from the day after Thanksgiving all the way through the twelve days of Christmas.
