Against Hurricane Sandy aid for the Northeast States. My guess is that Texas aid will be approved by all NE Democratic Senators when the time comes because we put country over party.

it's not hard to imagine republicans amping up the disenfranchisement and vote-rigging and media mayhem and flipping a few electoral votes somewhere. minnesota? new hampshire? nevada?
but it certainly would change the dynamics of a presidential campaign. even just seeing republicans have to spend big bucks just to keep texas would be great as it would make it easier to win other states.
