Bush talked a good game about Katrina too

The proof will be in how he actually responds. Not just talking about it.

1. It was a stage show designed to make Bush look good on primetime TV.

Remember, the city had no power at that time, but the Bush PR crew made sure that military generators were flown in to power up huge arrays of stage lighting to highlight St. Louis Cathedral and Jackson Square in floodlights, while in the background the whole city remained dark.

Bush had plenty of power for his stage show and communications equipment, but none of it was shared with the traumatized people waiting for help. When he was done speechifying, they pack up the roadshow and left.

Why would Trump behave any differently?

Katrina was a complete disaster for Bush. But he talked a good game, but failed miserably.
Right now Trump is acting like they have it all taken care of.
